Grant Ashley, an aspiring law student and community advocate, serves as the Vice President of Inland Compassion. In addition, Grant is the Coordinator for The Lamps of Light Project, where he leads efforts to promote addiction prevention and support services. With a strong background in finance and business management, she has successfully navigated complex financial processes as a real estate investor and entrepreneur.
With over 15 years of experience as a social worker, she has worked extensively with homeless individuals, foster youth, teenagers, dual-diagnosis cases, substance use disorders, complex mental health cases, developmental disabilities, and pregnant women in treatment. She also has expertise in wraparound facilitation, crisis intervention, and the court system through her work as a wraparound facilitator and in conservatorship court. Additionally, she has served as an ABA supervisor and an independent contractor providing parent education classes. Currently, she is part of a forensic multidisciplinary child abuse team and provides trauma-informed psychoeducation to families.
