Our Impact for 2024

 Inland Compassion is proud to share our 2024 achievements in serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness and poverty in the Inland Empire. With a mission rooted in harm reduction, housing access, and holistic support, we reached over 1,730 individuals, including 659 unhoused individuals, through targeted outreach, resource events, and powerful collaborations.

• 25 street outreach sessions and 8 large-scale community resource events.
• 80 individuals connected to housing, and 278 intakes for case management services.
• 191 families served, with support ranging from food to identification documents.
• 85 mental health and 42 substance use referrals provided.
• 233 ID vouchers and 70 birth certificate vouchers issued.
• 326 wellness kits and 1,803 meals distributed to those in need.
• 1,134 Narcan kits and 1,814 fentanyl test strips distributed as part of our harm reduction efforts.
• 701 participants attended the Moval Free Market.

• Our Community Health Worker (CHW) intern program from Reach Out significantly expanded our reach, connecting clients with housing, benefits, healthcare, and treatment programs.
• Collaborative partnerships with organizations like IEHP, DPSS, Lutheran Social Services, Hole in the Wall, and others strengthened our impact.
• We applied culturally competent interventions, such as Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed care, while providing essential onsite referrals and emergency response tools.

• Launch Moreno Valley’s first Unhoused Job Fair, including on-site interviews, resume building, and access to support services.
• Expand our outreach teams and recruit more interns and volunteers.
• Grow partnerships and referrals, especially from agencies with housing-insecure clients.
• Add new social work interns from various colleges to broaden our service capacity.
