Our Impact for 2025

In 2025, Inland Compassion strengthened and expanded our community response to homelessness, hunger, and health-related needs. We fully launched our internship case management program with students from Grand Canyon University and Cal Poly Humboldt University, increasing our capacity to provide consistent follow-up, resource navigation, and warm handoffs to partner services.

  • 341 case management intakes completed

Housing & Stability

  • 60 transitional housing referrals (Home Connect)
  • 130 ID vouchers issued

How We Worked

Our model pairs street outreach and basic-needs support with case management, housing navigation, and consistent follow-up—because stability takes more than a one-time contact.

What We're Seeing

What We’re Seeing

In 2025, we observed increasing need among individuals experiencing sheltered homelessness, a higher volume of eviction-prevention requests, and continued food insecurity—trends shaping our priorities for 2026.

2026 Goals

  • Launch the Unhoused Job Fair
  • Launch two additional food banks and host three free markets
  • Increase outreach using our newly donated RTA bus
  • Expand community-led outreach to build trust and engagement
  • Bring RNs and physicians into outreach to strengthen medical referrals and recuperative care pathways
